Alan Hennessy
Alan is co-founder of indie label and publisher Bohemia Records, home to A Lazarus Soul and Joe Chester, and is a co-director of Crashed Music Group managing a vast catalogue of Irish music and providing label services to other labels and self-releasing artists. Alan also assisted in the formation of AIM Ireland as a dedicated steering committee member as well as being a long serving director on the boards of IRMA and PPI.

Ben Magee
Starting off his career in music as a journalist covering independent artists, Ben moved into management in 2019 under the tutelage of the BPI/Brit School Creative Industries apprenticeship.
Having started his own firm, New Champion Management, in his hometown of Belfast in late 2019, Ben has been able to platform his artists worldwide. With appearances across three continents, 80 million streams across the roster and spanning various genres, New Champion has consistently developed and established some of the best artists in the UK and Ireland.

Breffni Banks
Breffni Banks is the founder of Serpentskirt, a full-service management agency dedicated to supporting artists who are shaping the future of music. With a background in marketing and strategic communications across the creative industries, she brings a hands-on, artist-first approach - working closely with boundary-pushing creators to develop their careers, grow their audiences, and amplify their impact.
Breffni is currently a Keychange Talent Leadership participant for 2025, joining a global cohort working toward a more equitable and inclusive music industry. Passionate about mental health advocacy, she is also training in psychotherapy, integrating this into her work to create more supportive and sustainable spaces for artists to thrive on their own terms.

Dermot Rogers
Dermot Rogers is the principal of Livia Records, a music broadcaster, Improvised Music Company chairman and veteran digital media and IT program manager and entrepreneur, with a lifelong passion for music. In 2021 he revived Livia Records, digitised its analog tape catalog, and released 9 albums to date (to great acclaim) with more coming. Livia releases have got great international reviews (BBC, DownBeat, New York, Jazz Record, The Guardian, Irish Times etc) and extensive radio play.
By releasing high quality Irish jazz recordings, re-issues and contemporary releases, Livia Records aims to bring the best of Irish jazz to a bigger audience, with great releases, good partnerships and distribution.

Joe Clarke
Began his career as the driving force behind Trinity Rooms Nightclub in Limerick, earning five consecutive Hospitality Ireland Awards for Best Venue. In 2009, he shifted focus to artist management, helping launch the then-unknown Rubberbandits to international fame with the viral hit “Horse Outside”, still one of Ireland’s most successful online videos. This success led to sold-out tours across Australia and the U.S.
Recognised as one of Ireland’s top event marketing professionals, Joe has worked with global names like Live Nationand the Melbourne Fringe Festival, and produced multiple sold-out shows at the Dublin Fringe Festival.
While doing all this, he also managed The Strypes, one of the most exciting rock ‘n’ roll bands to emerge from the British Isles, securing them a multi-million euro record deal.

Sinead Jenkins
Sinead has worked across numerous film and television music supervision projects. This includes Ten Pound Poms S1&S2, Sexy Beast, The Miracle Club, Derry Girls S3, I Hate Suzie Too & Wreck S1&2.
She was also a finalist in the 2023 Music + Sound Awards for Best Sync in a Television Programme for Ten Pound Poms.
Prior to this, Sinead worked within ITV’s music department, focussing on music copyright and clearances for non-scripted shows.
Sinead is heading up Carbon Logic’s Irish office Loighic Charbóin, which launched in July 2024. -

Philip Cartin
Philip Cartin is the owner of Kill Cool a new Music Company based in Dublin, Ireland representing SPEARSIDE. With many years of experience in Independent Music Distribution and Retail and as the owner of Irish Independent Record label Supremo Recordings which helped launch the careers of several Irish artists, overseeing deals with International companies including Dreamworks, Rough Trade, Virgin and Domino. Supremo label also released and marketed American artists Jimmy Eat World and The Get Up Kids in Ireland and Kill Cool will continue to actively licence International artists for release in Europe. Kill Cool is seeking partners to work with us on the Spearside debut album due for release in 2026. We would like to meet Independent Labels and Publishers, Music Supervisors, Sync Companies, Management Companies, Independent Promoters and Booking agents.
A2IM Indie Week is a four-day international conference and networking event aimed at maximizing the global impact of Independent music. A2IM Indie Week 2025 takes place June 9th-12th in New York City.
Music From Ireland will support a limited number of Irish delegate flights to attend the event, covering up to €600 per person with funding from Culture Ireland.
A2IM has a registration cost of 500 dollars per person, which will also be covered by joint sponsorship from AIM Ireland and Music From Ireland with funding from Culture Ireland.

Managers, Independent Labels, Independent Publishers, Music Supervisors , Sync Companies , Independent Promoters, Music Producers
Applications were assessed by A2IM who selected Irish professionals they thought would benefit most from the event.

Panel: Roundtable: International Marketplace
Date: 10th June
Time: 2:00 - 3:00PM
Join your peers for small group, moderated discussions; A knowledge share; free-flowing space for ideas and conversation.
Each roundtable has a pre-selected topic + moderator/facilitator. Our International Session 2 will feature several moderators each open to discussing the music markets in Germany, Norway, Ireland and UK from their unique perspectives. To participate simply join one of the roundtables by taking an empty seat and engaging in the conversation taking place at the table. Each session lasts less than 15 minutes. At the quarter hour attendees are invited to switch seats and join a different roundtable. No Pre-registration required. Roundtables are open to all badge holders.
