Iceland Airwaves is Reykjavík’s annual music festival, taking place 5–7 November 2026, featuring artists from around the world across venues throughout the city.

Bleech 9:3
BAs if hurled out of a time machine, Bleech 9:3 burst onto the Irish underground music scene last year. No one knew the four Dubliners – yet their sound evokes memories in everyone that are hard to pin down at first. Listen closer though, and you’ll soon realise: flashes of Nirvana shine through here, there’s that raw, gritty energy from the early nineties, and in the background the alternative rock of the noughties gets revived with a heavy dose of world-weariness.

Jamie Duffy
Jamie Duffy has rapidly become one of Ireland's most prominent modern musical exports. Hailing from the small border village of Glaslough in County Monaghan, he is widely celebrated for his unique sonic blend of traditional Irish music, classical orchestration, and contemporary folk/pop elements.

Dove Ellis
Dove Ellis is an Irish indie-folk and chamber-pop singer-songwriter originally from Galway. Known for his distinctive high tenor vocals and atmospheric acoustic arrangements, he built a dedicated grassroots following through intimate live performances in Manchester and London. Ellis achieved widespread critical acclaim with the release of his debut album, Blizzard, in December 2025
FRIDAY 6TH NOVEMBER
YARD
YARD are a gripping three piece electro noise band from Dublin, Ireland. Bridging the gap between techno and noise rock, their music can only be described as an intense and immersive sensory experience. Visually represented by their eerie mascot ‘Bucketman’, YARD will leave you sweaty, energized and strangely unnerved. Having supported bands like Shame, Psychotic Monks, Mandy Indiana, CLT DRP, Scaler, Enola Gay and Chalk and with coveted slots at Eurosonic, The Great Escape and Primavera Pro in 2024, YARD are going from strength to strength.
